Except for merchandise that is listed on our website as a "special order," merchandise purchased on may be returned to Obrigado for store credit (credit for future purchases from obrigadosf) within three weeks (21 days) of date of purchase by you, but only if accompanied by an original receipt and if each returned item is in its original condition and original packaging. Refunds are not issued except in the case of merchandise that arrives damaged and that we are unable to replace. Shipping charges will not be credited. All merchandise purchased on sale or “as-is” is considered a final sale.


Follow the instructions for returns on the packing list included in your shipment, and return your item or items to us by UPS (or another insured shipper) within three weeks (21 days) of date of purchase.

When making a return, please make sure that you include your name, address, telephone number and email address. After receipt of your returned merchandise, we will send you an email confirming your store credit. Store credits may be redeemed on

Note: The returned item must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging. Please take special care to package returned items carefully since you are responsible for getting items to us in their original condition. If an item is damaged when received by you, please contact the studio and we will arrange to have the merchandise picked up from you. If you are returning it for some other reason, you will need to pay the cost of shipping it back to us.
