Shipping policy

We ship within the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. At this time, we do not ship orders internationally. Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground, please allow 7-10 days from date of shipment for delivery. If you would like to receive your orders sooner please call us at the studio at 415.425.9455

*Shipping rates to certain states may vary. Oversize items may require additional handling fees. In the event of a significant difference of shipping charges, you will be notified before your order ships and you must approve the additional charge.

Except for special orders, or unless otherwise specified, Obrigado will use reasonable efforts to ship merchandise within 48 hours of your purchase. You will be e-mailed a tracking number at this time. Since we ship via UPS we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address.
